July 31st 1995, Baraboo police department receives a 911 call in which a teenager calmly claims he is trapped in a house and has both his legs fractured. Little do they know, the caller, 13 year old Thad Phillips, is two hours away from death due to internal bleeding, in the house of a school mate.
