[Experiment Build & Test 4] "The Choke”/ Ouro-Heartbreaker-Drone Build /#Gameplay of #Division2

The Ouroboros doesn't technically pulse any targets for Heartbreaker. However, it shoots so many bullets so quickly that one always hits the head of the target and applies a pulse to activate the Heartbreaker stacks. Usually, players use the Technician's Linked Laser Pointer to pulse targets, but I only use that on the long-range weapon the Police M4.

As the video title suggests, this Heartbreaker build gives amplified damage up to only 100 stacks while a full Striker set can grant 200 stacks. This is a huge decrease in potential damage, but this will not come into play for most Heroic fights. The question is... is it worth what we gain from Heartbreaker in terms of survivability?

Current thoughts after some gameplay: The build needs more armor in order to truly benefit from Bonus Armor. Four Armor Cores doesn't last long enough to tank (even though some my videos show pretty good survivability). Either the Coyote's Mask needs to be replaced with Blue Core Ceska or Murakami needs to go Blue Core.

I'm also not sure if the build even needs the shield if I had more blue cores.

Also note, the build probably kills faster than is seen in the videos because I'm not exploiting the SHD Exposed global event, and so the build is actually running with a handicap.

The goal of this build is to replace the Striker PFE-Drone build used here with something more survivable and can move through solo Legendary easier. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1z5OzNHcMZ4
