RadPad Breakdown of Business Scheme 🇳🇮 Nicaragua

I've resisted exposes this for several years, but now that the business publicly left the country entirely and there's zero chance of it having been real, what we've been consulting in private can be published. I've been asked in live streams and privately a bit recently by people interested in what happened when the RadPad idea was being promoted as being so successful.

This is about the scam Nicaragua modular "home" scheme in San Juan del Sur and not about the legitimate American AirBnB competitor application that they used the name of to appear more real.

Oddly, long after having moved the project from Nicaragua to Costa Rica, their logo is still Nicaragua, but their website has no mention of Nicaragua.

It took some work, but we tracked down the AirBnB unit that they advertise that they built. I can't confirm if they actually built it or not. But after a long time on AirBnB, in super busy Costa Rica, there are oddly zero reviews.
