TERIYAKI CHICKEN | My Go-To Recipe!
Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces.
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup water
Directions
Combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and water together in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat and add chicken. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Add sauce and bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium low, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Uncover and turn heat up to medium high and cook until sauce has reduced and thickened, about 6-7 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
