To prepare the steak:
800 g of pork (loin) 5 pieces,
Salt, meat spices, garlic
Oil 50 g,
Soy sauce 30 g,
rosemary 2 pcs (can be dry)
Butter 60 g.
For the sauce:
Butter 50 g,
Green dill 50 g,
Salt.
In order to prepare a steak, you need 800 grams of pork (loin), cut into equal pieces 2-3 centimeters thick, beat on both sides and add salt and spices, rub on both sides, as shown in the video.
Transfer to a large container and add 30 ml of soy sauce, 50 ml of oil and 2 pieces of rosemary, leave to infuse for 15 minutes.

Add 20 grams of butter to a heated pan and place the steaks and rosemary on the pan, fry for 8-10 minutes on both sides, add another 50 g of butter, 2 pieces of 25 grams each, pour over the oil melted on the steaks, after 5 minutes add 50 ml of water, fry for another 2-3 minutes.
For the sauce: cut 50 g of butter at room temperature and finely chop dill greens, salt and mix, put on cling film and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Put the steak on a plate and cut the butter with dill, put it on top of the meat and sprinkle with parsley and cherry tomatoes for taste!
