This featurette was theatrically released in the United Kingdom and aired on the Disney Channel in America. What makes this film unique is how it's focused on the Disney park employees who take you around the property from their perspective. In the early 1980's, several films and studies were produced focusing on how it was the individual that made America work. This was a philosophy of then President Ronald Reagan.

The film itself focuses on Walt Disney World and the newly opened EPCOT Center as it was in 1983. Several of the performers of the time are captured in the footage of this film. This was filmed the year before the Eisner regime took over so we get to see what the company was like under the final year of being headed by Walt's son in law, Ron Miller. That's what makes this a historic piece of Walt Disney history.

There have a few different edits of this film but this is the complete version.

Theatrical release July 11, 1984
