Action Radio 6/25/24, "Prior Restraint," The Legal Principle That Makes All Gun Control - Illegal.

We spend a lot of time talking about how bad the Supreme Court is, how they violate the Constitution all the time, and how they usually take the side of gov't being gov't themselves. It's really bad. Unfortunately there is a lot of technical knowledge of the Constitution that is required to really understand what we are talking about. So if you hang around, you will become well versed in the Constitution.

This time we are lumping all the gun law violations of our Second Amendment rights with violations of our First Amendment rights, and quite frankly all rights at all levels of judicial and legislative, into a little known principle called - "Prior Restraint." This is where you get restrained, punished, have property taken, rights abused, incarcerated, put in a mental hospital, or any number of other illegal punishments, not for having committed any crime, but simply because the gov't thinks you MIGHT commit a crime, and to stop that mythical crime, they have to "restrain" you "prior" to you doing anything, so that allegedly, you don't do it.

This is gov't by political agenda, not by law or the Constitution.
