He talks about how God created all the races & how they should be preserved. That we can make any mistake, like a government being destroyed, but once your race is gone, it's gone forever. He says this will not cause an alienation of other races but will allow for the first time all races to come to a true understanding with each other.

He talks about how the top intellectuals at the time (marxists) were pushing for the dissolution of all concepts, including races. He goes on to say this racial understanding will allow the races of the world to not be subverted and disintegrated by jews trying to dominate everyone.

He goes on to defend Egyptians, arabs, etc. There's also a reading from Mein Kampf detailing that he knew that the jews had a plan to subvert the white race (like what we see happening now) so they can dominate them.
