How to rebuild the brake on your bicycle. Shimano Deore brakes

One day while bicycling, I noticed that my brake handle,
when I came to a stop, it started to slip a lot. I didn't understand what the problem was. You can ride, your bike brakes fine, you stop for a drink of water and chat with friends. After that, you notice that the brake handle just rests on the handlebar grips of the bike. It didn't always happen,
but at one point, I was able to trace this strange pattern. The whole problem was when the bike was tilted to one side, the left side for example. At this point, the brake handle reservoir would fill with air, the remaining oil would flow in the opposite direction, relative to the valve, and the piston would grab air at this point. As you realize, mineral oil plays a big role in a bicycle's brake system, but if air gets in there, it just springs back.
