HARNWELL: People don’t realise the extent to which France has already gone over to Marine Le Pen

France is divided into 35,000 communes — the most local level of administration.

At the recent European Elections on June 9, in a staggering 93% of these communes Marine Le Pen’s National Rally came first.

Indeed, in some areas of France’s Rust Belt, in the deindustrialised north, the Rally got *seven times* more votes than Macron’s Renaissance.
