StreamDeck Toggle for VSCode Copilot Suggestions

Technology copilot off on streamdeck suggestions toggle vscode

I find myself frequently toggling suggestions on/off. i.e. I do not like suggestions when I am practicing/learning. When writing code I don't care much about I always want suggestions to speed it up.

Now I can hit a button to toggle suggestions on/off.
