First gooseberry harvest

The first gooseberry harvest in our large garden. Maybe a quarter pound. Let's eat the berries. We will not freeze or can it. We always want to eat the first berry, and not store it for the winter. This is an unspoken rule of rural life in the summer :)

The second rule is that a gardener cannot be hungry. Therefore, when gardening, we eat berries and then harvest them to bring home :) Fortunately, nature gave a good harvest this year.

And this is a video of ripe gooseberries on a branch
