Aphid on a rose

There are a lot of aphids in our garden this summer. The reason is the activity of ants. Ants breed aphids to feed on their juices. When gardening, we fight aphids. For this we use chemicals.

In my opinion, the best drug is “Defender of Roses”. It costs about 50 cents. The chemical is diluted in 2.5 gallons of water. One time is enough to destroy aphids on flowers.

Plant protection is an important part of our rural life. We do this regularly. This has to be done especially often in the summer.
