Spell for joy

I wake up to the morning light
The soft and gentle melody, feels just right
The world outside is full of life
And I'm ready to take on the strife

I rise with joy, with music by my side
I shake off the fears, and let my spirit glide
I eat to nourish, I live to delight
I do what I love, and let my heart take flight

I let go of the doubts, I let go of the pain
I find my inner peace, and I'm not ashamed
To be myself, to be transparent and true
I live with honesty, and that's what I do

I rise with glory, with my mind very clear
I shake off the tears, embrace the joy near
I eat to get nutrients, I live with big pleasure
I do what I like, and study with much pelasure

Life is a journey, and it's full of surprise
But with every step, I find my inner prize
I'm grateful for each moment, for each breath I take
And I know that joy is what my heart will make

I rise with a smile, to others i am very kind
I unite heart and ideas in a good state of mind
I live every day, like if it was the last one
I do what I enjoy, and have empathy for everyone

So let the music play, let the joy unfold
Let my heart be free, and my spirit be bold
I rise with joy, and I'll never be the same
I'll live with love, and never use the pain.
