Porch Pirates. Had a very expensive package stolen

This is crazy and needs to be a Federal Law to charge these lowlifes at the Felony Level. Although we realize they are not US Postal crimes being a UPS, FedEx, Amazon or any courier service, it needs to be handled similarly and elevated to few felony level no matter the value of the parcel.

The FedEx guy isn't even back in his truck, and two separate porch pirates are already running across the lawn in a competition to swipe the package.

The homeowner posted this on FB, "Just had a very expensive package stolen as soon as it got delivered from AT&T. Poor FedEx driver looks scared. Not really worried about the phones… but what if this guy would have hurt one of my family members…. Is this really what the world has come to?"

The local police chief said, "But to have these two scumbags come into our community and get into a potentially deadly altercation over stealing a package is unbelievable, and I really look forward to catching and apprehending these guys because I want to make an example of them."

These days, security cameras are more entertaining than TV. I hope the PD finds them and locks them up.

This happened last week just west of Reading, PA.
