Ruidoso NM mayor gives update on when evacuees may return home & what to expect

After the town was evacuated, while fires have been fought, evacuees have been understandably anxious to return to their homes, businesses, to the community. The mayor is priming residents for what to expect and what to be aware of and careful of once they return.
