How do we build a welcoming church?
A welcoming church needs welcoming people. And in order to become welcoming people, we need to underdstand some basic truths.
How do we cultivate a connection?
1. Everyone needs to be wanted and accepted.
2. People want to be greeted by name.
3. People want to be known and meet other people.
4. People want to become involved.
5. People want to talk about our church.
