تو اس میں شیف کا کیا کمال ہوا ؟
پکے ہوئے ٹینڈے ہوں اور ذائقہ ٹماٹر کا آئے
تو سمجھ لینا پکانے والا اناڑی ہے.
اصل ککنگ کی مہارت وہی ہوتی ہے
کہ جو چیز پکائی جائے خوشبو اور ذائقہ بھی اسی کا ہونا چاہیے
نا کہ ہانڈی میں ڈالے
تو وہ ہوتا ہے اصلی شیف، ککنگ ایکسپرٹ.
نا کہ میری طرح نالائق. دوسروں کو کاپی کرنے والا تو میں نہیں ہوں.
البتہ میں کھانوں پہ ریسرچ ضرور کرتا ہوں،
کبھی خود بنا کے تو کبھی دوسروں کے بنے ہوئے کھانوں میں غلطیاں ضرور نکلتا ہوں،
تا کہ بنانے والا وہ خامیاں دور کر سکے
کیونکہ دنیا کا ہر انسان اپنی ہی غلطیوں سے سیکھتا ہے.
سو میں بھی خود کی غلطیوں سے سیکھ رہا ہوں.
