Supreme Court Rahimi Decision - What it Means

In United States v. Rahimi, the Supreme Court held that it is constitutional to temporarily deprive someone of their Second Amendment rights if they are found to be a danger to others and pose a threat. This continues to give the authority to disarm individuals who have a violent restraining order against them even before a crime has been determined in the court of law.

There were potential wide ranging implications on domestic violence convicts as well, but with the decision, even looking at that was unnecessary.
