50ml Olive Oil
50g Lard
2 Bayleaf

50ml Whisky
1 Tbsp red pepper paste
0.5l Chicken Stock
0.25 Vegetable Stock

200ml water
100 ml milk
200g potato
1 Tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
7g instant yeast
1 Tsp Sugar
675 g Bread flour
