CUT THE SAP! / Pastor Bob's Coffee Break

Dear Pastor Bob: I have a hard time getting sappy and happy about life. I watch Hallmark movies and other movies that bring tears to my eyes, and joy to my heart. I cry over scenes when families are brought back together, and when people come under the power of God’s love. But I have trouble replicating the same sappy feelings when it comes to my own life, my wife, and my own family. Even though I truly love my family. Is there something wrong with my faith? Does happiness always result in sappiness?
