Those small sunflowers are called “Evening Sun Mix”
https://www.rareseeds.com/sunflower-evening-sun Not an affiliate link. Mine are Burpee (a 2019 seed packet, but what is growing now came from the compost heap from last year’s sunflower!), which apparently they only sell 3rd party.
