Improper turn signal Mt.Lebanon Pa

Here's a young punk giving everyone the finger at Cedar and Cochran roads because he wants to make a left but doesn't have the right of way. There is no left turn light here. Terribly hard to make a left during any normal traffic day. His father must be so proud.
