Recipe and ingredients
Recipe 1:
00:00 Potatoes 6 pcs.
00:20 Olive oil.
00:40 In the oven 200°C/400°F/30 minutes.
00:48 Chives.
01:10 Salted lard.
01:37 1 carrot.
01:52 Fry the lard in a frying pan.
02:12 Add carrots.
02:25 1 tbsp butter.
02:36 Cabbage 300 g.
02:52 Add spring onions.
03:22 In the oven 15 minutes/200°C/400°F.
03:44 Recipe 2.
3 eggs.
Milk 250 ml.
Flour 200 g.
Milk 250 ml.
Salt.
Baking powder ½ tsp.
Parmesan 2 tbsp.
Dill.
Grate 1 onion on a fine grater.
Grate 2 potatoes on a fine grater.
oil for frying.

Beef 1kg.
1 onion.
1 cup carrots.
Boil potatoes.
Butter.
Olive oil.
Brown the meat on both sides and remove it from the pan.
Salt the potatoes.
Add olive oil.
Fry onions and carrots.
Flour 2 tbsp.
Salt pepper.
Paprika 2 tbsp.
Meat broth 2 cups (500 ml).
Tomatoes in their own juice 1 cup.
Return the meat to the pan.
Cook over low heat for 90 minutes.
Parsley.

Boil 400 g potatoes until soft and allow to cool.
2 eggs.
Milk ½ cup.
Salt pepper.
Flour 1 tbsp.
Grate potatoes.
oil for frying.
Mozzarella.
Fry the pancakes over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Fry potato pancakes without cheese.
It is also very tasty and easy!
