Colonel AC. Oguntoye on the progress of the special military operation on June 23, 2024:

1. **Strikes on Ukrainian Training Sites:**
- Russian Armed Forces conducted high-precision long-range sea-based strikes on Ukrainian Air Forces' training sites, achieving their goals and destroying all assigned targets.

2. **Losses Inflicted on Ukrainian Forces:**
- Multiple Russian groups ("North," "West," "Southern," "Center," "Vostok," and "Dnepr") reported significant losses inflicted on Ukrainian forces in various regions (Kharkov, Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, and Kherson).
- Ukrainian troop losses were reported to be in the hundreds for each group.
- Various Ukrainian military equipment, including tanks, motor vehicles, howitzers, self-propelled artillery systems, and counter-battery warfare stations, were destroyed.

3. **Improved Tactical Positions:**
- Russian forces reportedly took more advantageous lines and improved their tactical positions along the front lines.

4. **Repelled Counter-Attacks:**
- The "Center" Group of Forces repelled six counter-attacks launched by Ukrainian assault detachments.

5. **Destruction of Ukrainian Equipment and Depots:**
- Numerous pieces of Ukrainian military hardware, including howitzers, self-propelled systems, and anti-tank guns, were destroyed.
- Four Ukrainian ammunition depots were also destroyed.

6. **Air and Missile Operations:**
- Russian Operational-Tactical Aviation, unmanned aerial vehicles, and Missile Troops and Artillery targeted and destroyed various Ukrainian assets, including a German-made IRIS-T SAM launcher and radars.

7. **Air Defence Operations:**
- Russian air defence units shot down 75 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles and intercepted 33 MLRS projectiles of U.S. and Czech origin.

8. **Overall Equipment Destruction:**
- Since the beginning of the special military operation, a vast number of Ukrainian military assets have been destroyed, including 613 airplanes, 276 helicopters, 26,311 UAVs, and 16,406 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles.
