Today, I tackled the challenge of making Mini Chicken Pockets, and the end result was worth every bit of effort! 🍗🥟 It all started with crafting the perfect bread dough, activating the yeast, and allowing it to ferment to perfection. Then, I prepared a mouthwatering chicken filling by marinating the chicken in spices, cooking it with vegetables, and creating a special hot sauce.

Once the dough had fermented, I shaped it into small pockets and toasted them on a pan until they were golden brown and ready. With the pita bread pockets ready, it was time to assemble. I carefully cut one side of the pocket, filled it with the homemade hot sauce, and stuffed it with the flavorful chicken filling.
