Interviewing a Dayworker

How to be a Ranch Hand
Here's another homework assignment from school. We were supposed to do an interview with somebody who dayworks. So I picked my good buddy Andy.
Andy started out cowboying from nothing (as you'll learn in the video). But he had the passion, drive, and determination (along with being blessed with some amazing mentors), to make to where he is today. And his insights / experiences were perfect for what my channel's geared towards: the newbie.
The biggest take away I'd really like guys to get from this interview, is that, the path may seem insurmountable, with the skill requirements, experience, gear, and other things. But like Andy's story, if he can do it, so can you!

Everything to Know About the Bowline Knot

How to be a Ranch Hand
In this video I go over the bowline knot. This knot is not only useful for horsemen, but also anyone wanting to work on a ranch; and it has many applications.
I plan on doing some more knot videos in the future (probably not as long as this video, lol)

TQA Ranch Roping Phase Two

How to be a Ranch Hand
Howdy guys, as some of you may know, I'm going to school, and got a bunch of video homework to do! So I'm posting it to my channel.
This video is for the working cow horse class, and were going over ranch roping groundwork TQA industry standards. This video is the phase 2 part of the class covering the foundation for more advanced roping, horsemanship, and stockmanship skills that we'll practice in later classes.
The college here offers certifications through TQA (link below). Because TQA is a non-profit, they do take donations if people are interested in supporting the program / students.
