Oven Baking Roasting Butternut Squash Skins (powdered sugar, pumpkin spice & a dash of salt)

More flesh = softer outcome
For more crunch like a chip leave less flesh on the skin

My pumpkin spice is:
4p cinnamon
2p ginger
1p allspice
1p nutmeg

Leaving out the allspice and the nutmeg will make the spice less "harsh".

350F for 45 minutes or until it's cooked crisped the way you want to eat it
