Just when I thought I had cleaned up this town, I find more litterers and Jay-Walkers that ruin our fair city's streets with their criminalness. I must show them that kind of activity is not allowed--except when a crash happens. We once again take our patrol on footpaws in Chester, now more determined than ever to tell people they're stupid for not following the law!
