Vladimir Putin visited North Korea and is currently in Vietnam on another state visit. While the ties with Vietnam are not expected to change anything fundamentally, the visit to North Korea really shows that we are in a new era of multi-polarity, this is first and foremost a big step forward out of international isolation for Pyongyang.
