Bokpoort (just outside Loxton) – Stuck in the Mud on this Gravel Road! S1 – Ep 149
I was very disappointed about the fact that we had no gravel road to travel on from Loxton to Victoria West. Fortunately, the owner of Loxton Lekker told us about the Bokpoort gravel road which would take us to Victoria West. She also said she did not know what the condition of the road was after the large amounts of rain they had. Because we love gravel roads so much, we were up for the challenge. It was a beautiful road with stunning landscapes and small river crossings. Then it happened, we got stuck in the mud! No cell phone reception whatsoever and we hadn't seen another vehicle for a long time.
