Mental Health Is Physical Health!💙
One of the things that really bothers me is that we think in duality about our health.💙
So we think about "physical health", and if you have a problem you go to see a physician for physical health. 💙
If you have a "mental health" problem you go to see a psychologist for psychological help... and never the twench you'll meet, when in fact the two are really closely entwined. 💙
And that can be helpful because if you have severe problems with your mental health you can actually start to make it better by improving your physical health. 💙
And there can be ways to do that that aren't just start lifting weights or going out for a run. If you can reduce toxins, so reduce alcohol intake or other drugs, reduce cigarettes and maybe pull back on the junk food, that can improve your physical health which can have a knock-on effect to your mental health. 💙
So the two are really closely entwined. 💙
