The 5G rollout was not done to improve your browsing speeds! It was a trick, it justified the rapid installation of 5G towers during the lockdown. The 5G enabled street lighting were part of this insidious plan, as were the 15-minute S.M.A.R.T. Cities and the ULEZ zones. The deep-state cabal had full control of all governments, who had been compromised by honeypots, pedophilia, insane amounts of financial fraud and so on. The HIV bioweapon was also distributed to Africa and Brazil, the largest black populations, by way of a deliberately contaminated Smallpox "vaccine".
