As you can probably tell by my wave frequency and energy at this stage, I haven't had much sleep. My nervous system is a bit overstimulated from this phase of my chi training.
I'm about four years into some rather involved work. During this time, I've started gaining basic control over my dantian, and all of the internal muscles have become involved as the energy begins to build up and move through my body. This requires a lot of additional training to balance it out in a full-spectrum way. Even with this, the nervous system gets overstimulated, and it takes time for the built-up energy to spread through all the different systems of my body, allowing my whole body to upgrade.
One movement I've been working on, which I intuitively conceived, is a variation of a head and neck exercise I learned. It's a one-legged version that I've been doing. This idea came to me not as a visualization (a term with some negative connotations in the world of legitimate chi building and martial arts), but as a compelling intuition.
The movement involves the head and neck but is driven by a deeper wave coming up through the whole body. By performing this movement, I'm forced to stretch and open up everything in a very difficult way. This movement places me in a restricted position with specific parameters, forcing me to draw on a deeper level of development.
When you get deep into the chi training, you'll start feeling waves of energy coming up the spine. This movement is an extrapolation of those waves. I'm putting myself in a certain restricted position, allowing those waves to naturally do what they want to do while letting my body stretch out. This process helps bring the chi down and balance the overstimulation in my nervous system.
So, that's where I'm at at this stage.

这个动作涉及头部和颈部,但实际上是由整个身体深层波动所驱动。通过这个动作,我被迫伸展并以非常困难的方式打开身体的各个部分。这个动作把我放在一个受限的位置,有特定的参数,迫使我在更深层次上进行发展。
当你深入气功训练时,你会开始感受到能量波从脊柱上升。这个动作是这些波动的延伸。我把自己置于特定的受限位置,让这些波动自然地发挥作用,同时让我的身体伸展开来。这个过程有助于将气沉下来,并平衡神经系统的过度刺激。
这就是我目前的状态。
