[A Tier] Kalan's Edict Necro VS Tormented Duriel

This is a fight against the tormented echo of Duriel scaled to level 200.
I was finally able to pull of an A tier with the new customizations in season 4
- Double Elixirs
- Incense

The Necromancer build is purely seeing how far,
I can push Kalan Edict key passive in *endgame activities* using as much,
- *Golem* 2400%+ in dungeon
- *Minions (buffs)*

*Diablo 4 Tier Ranking*
S Tier - 3 minutes or less
A Tier - 6 to 3 minutes
B Tier - 6 minutes or more

Smooth Run I cleared it also in a duo, the mechanics aren't too hard to react too.
