"Valentine: The Dark Avenger" (2017) Movie Review

Barkey's kind of tired of Marvel movies (and who isn't?!), so he takes a look at a superhero film from Indonesia. Namely, "Valentine: The Dark Avenger" (2017), billed as the first superhero movie to feature silat, an indigenous martial art form. Estelle Linden and Matthew Settle star in this picture that's somewhat reminiscent of the CW's "Arrow"... but in a good way.
