The whole argument about the separation of Church and State was wrong all along. I recall being in the jail cell where Robert Cushman was held for his religious beliefs before sponsoring a trip on the Mayflower to get away from the tyranny of the Church. But for those who think America would abandon the Ten Commandments and the foundation of Biblical law for some progressive view of the Constitution, they have another thing coming.
