Al helps to immortalise Holocaust survivors | BBC News

Artificial intelligence (Al) may allow some students atUK schools to continue conversing with Holocaustsurvivors even after they are no longer alive.

The technology utilises speech-to-text recognition,cameras and Al language model understanding toallow viewers to ask the survivors about their life and experiences.

The programme, which was created by HolocaustEducational Trust, shows virtual 3D versions ofHolocaust survivors which can answer 1,000

questions from pupils.
