Terry Tanner’s “koozie” popper

Hook: #10 fine wire
Body: piece hole punched from a “koozie” (insulated can holder)
Thread: match body
Tail: feather tips, feather fibers, flash, marabou, what ever you want in whatever color you want.
Hackle: dry fly to contrast or complement, your choice

Head cement recipe:
Goop
Xylene (epoxy thinnner)

Instructions:
Fill a quart jar half full with Xylene
Squeeze a tube of Goop into the Xylene
Shake until the Goop is dissolved; add Xylene to desired consistency

Apply with a pin or needle dipped in the liquid
