Stop Typing Commands and Ditch Aliases Too!

Fish shell has the concept of an abbreviation which is like an alias that expands at "typing-time" instead of "execution-time"... which means you see what the abbreviation expands into before you run the command. This is a HUGE time saver, especially given the prevalence of sub-sub-sub commands these days.
