Shadow of the Erdtree - Blackgaol Knight

Don't make the mistake like I did and fight him right away. You have to level up your Scadutree Blessing to scale your character to the current DLC. Trust me, you'll notice a difference. No summoning allowed on this fight so I had to get cheesy. Barely used Rivers of Blood on the base game. Good Luck!
