Doddering Biden probably DOES.
Trump actually wants it to put Biden in his place and possibly illustrate Biden's health... whether it happens or DOESN'T happen will help Trump EITHER WAY in either scenario! The Left has completely lost it. And I really don't think the Left has any contingency plan here at all. If they do... It's purely diabolical.
