If people cycle more, it is better for their health. It also reduces air pollution, the WEF says in the video, reports Uncutnews .

In this neighborhood, people will no longer own their own car, but will share a car with other families. The district's infrastructure will focus on cycling and public transport. There will be three parking spaces for every ten apartments.

According to the WEF, Utrecht is the best cycling city in the world in 2019.
