In his former life, Tom was a professional musician performing across the US and Europe before transitioning to the record company side of the music industry. The experiences Tom gained bringing the love and joy of music to the masses, helping people to smile and forget about their problems, even briefly, has translated into a career helping people explore and grow in their career trajectory. Tom has 2 amazing daughters, one a professional ballerina and the other a future Nurse, and an exceptionally talented music educator wife
