Protein smoothie with banana and chia seeds
This drink is great for post-workout recovery. Beets contain nitrates that increase blood flow to muscles and act as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compound.
Chia seeds are one of the excellent sources of omega-3 fatty acids, which lead to water retention in the body and release carbohydrates in the body at a low rate to improve the body's resistance. Ginger can help relieve muscle pain and reduce oxidative stress.
ingredients
Fat-free Greek yogurt: 1/3 cup
Milk: half a cup
Protein powder: one scoop
Carrot: one number
Chopped beets: a quarter cup
Small frozen banana: one
Chia seeds: one tablespoon
Ginger powder: a quarter of a teaspoon
How to prepare
To make this delicious smoothie, put Greek yogurt, carrots, chopped beets, bananas, chia seeds, protein powder and ginger powder in a blender and pulse the ingredients.
Add milk and Greek yogurt to the ingredients. Pulse the ingredients two to three more times.
Pour the smoothie into the desired glass and enjoy eating it.
