Scientific evidence is evidence that serves to either support or counter a scientific theory or hypothesis.
Such evidence is expected to be empirical evidence and interpretable in accordance with the scientific method.

Scientific method - methods of intersubjective learning and communicating knowledge, based on the laws of logic and probability, using deduction and systematic induction in the process of formulating, justifying, testing and correcting theories and hypotheses.

Experiments - are performed to confirm or falsify a specific hypothesis. On the one hand, the hypothesis precisely defines the conditions of the experiment, and on the other hand, it gives meaning to the observations made as a result of the experiment and, in general, decides what is the right observation in a given experiment and what is just an insignificant disturbance.
