Fried potatoes with an egg.
(2-4 servings)

INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITY:
- potatoes 5 pcs.;
- eggs 3 pcs.;
- green onion 2 pcs.;
- tomato 1 pc.;
- sunflower oil 40 g.
COOKING TECHNOLOGY:
- peel potatoes;
- wash green onions;
- wash the tomato;
- cut potatoes into circles;
- heat the pan;
- pour sunflower oil into the pan;
- put chopped potatoes in the pan;
Fry the potatoes until ready.
- finely chop the green onion;
- cut a tomato;
- break the eggs into a separate container;
- add onion and tomato to eggs;
- mix eggs, onion and tomato;
- pour the mixture of eggs, onion and tomato on the potatoes;
- cover the pan with a lid;
- stew potatoes with the mixture for 3-4 minutes;
- divide into portions.
