MCU Blade Loses Director......Again

The embattled saga of the MCU's Blade continues, as news has broken that director Yann Demange has left the production. Demange is the second director to leave the film, following in the footsteps of Bassam Tariq. Eric Pearson continues to write the script working off of drafts penned by Michael Starrbury, Nic Pizzollato, and Michael Green. As it stands, Mahershala Ali is still attached to star in the film, despite beginning to accept other roles. As we previously reported, Mahershala Ali has recently joined the cast of the upcoming Jurassic World film.

Blade, a "Daywalker" and vampire hunter, has previously appeared in his own trilogy, starring Wesley Snipes.
