The story about the Butler tech intern at the jail is a sad one. The worst of it is that none of the adults involved took responsibility for the care of the child. Instead, they victimized themselves and tried to blame the young lady when it was their task to care for her once she had developed sexual relationships with inmates on unsupervised visits.
