THE ISRAEL CONFERENCE™ in a conversation with the Asperger Israel Association - EFFIE / HIBURIM program that enables the integration of young adults with high-functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder (HFASD) into a special program within the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) who would otherwise would be exempt from military service which in Israel is part of social integration within Israeli society.

Graduates are candidates for jobs and are praised for being very focused and efficient as outstanding members of the team.

Waves Audio opened their arms to engage graduates of the EFFIE - HIBURIM program to bring new ideas to Waves and to give an opportunity for personal accomplishments, creating a win-win environment.
